Start with who you are
Finocket for shop & business owners
The owner's map of Finocket: bill and collect daily, GST week around the 7th, bank reconcile in one sitting, and a one-tap Tally handoff at close — with leads and campaigns in the same login when you grow.
Finocket for freelancers & consultants
Invoices, expenses and TDS on your receipts — a deliberately light setup: retainers that post themselves, estimates that convert in a tap, and one clean Hand-to-CA file at year-end.
Finocket for sales & ops reps
Leads scored and routed, deals with payment status on the card, an inbox for every channel, and consent checked on every send — the pipeline out of WhatsApp scrollback.
Finocket for in-house accountants
The Tally idiom without re-keying: day book, vouchers, trial balance, 2B/IMS reconciliation, TDS 26Q and an eleven-bank statement importer — drill any statement line to its source document.
Finocket for Chartered Accountants
A read-only login to every client's books, exceptions flagged before they become notices, computed GST and TDS working papers, and a Hand-to-CA file your Tally imports directly — the CA as a first-class user, free.
Finocket for field & visit staff
Log a visit by voice, collect on the spot with a UPI QR, and let everything sync when the network returns — your dispatch lane in route order, offline-first.
Finocket for reception & front desk
Take a fee in seconds with your own scoped login — payments in, receipts out, and the day book already written by closing time, without ever seeing what isn't yours to see.
Finocket for partners & affiliates
Every referral's journey to the rupee — accrued, held, eligible, paid — with locked monthly statements, automatic milestone tiers, and tax paperwork computed from the same ledger.
Finocket for marketplace sellers
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and quick-commerce orders reconciled to the rupee — settlement differences surfaced, TCS tied to GSTR-8, stock drawn down automatically, and buyer-state GST decided per order.
Finocket for salaried & personal finance
Income, investments and the 80C bucket in one place — SIPs post themselves, the regime compare uses your real numbers, and March ends with an ITR file instead of a shoebox.

All updates →Partner tax paperwork, the marketing funnel that proves payback, and capturing a lead by voice
Today ties off the partner and marketing chain with the pieces you hand to other people. From Commission statements you can now download ready-to-hand-off tax working sheets for your partners — a TDS 194H sheet and a per-partner RCTI for the money payable now, and a 1099-NEC sheet for the calendar year — each carrying your business as the issuer and every partner's tax details, computed straight from your commission ledger so your accountant just files. A new Marketing funnel report shows, campaign by campaign, how many QR scans turned into leads, deals and won revenue, so you can finally see which spend paid back. You can capture a lead by voice — record or upload a voice note and Finocket writes it down and pulls out the name, phone and email, never inventing a number it didn't hear. And a new Connections health screen quietly checks that your records join up end to end — every lead has a source and a way to reach it, every deal a customer, and every captured lead makes it into your pipeline — and flags anything that slipped through.
- The Help centre became a book: chapters down the side, search, previous/next reading order, an on-page outline — and What's New is public again, with a dot that tells you when something new shipped.
- Download partner tax paperwork from Commission statements: a TDS 194H working sheet and a per-partner RCTI for the amount payable now, and a 1099-NEC sheet for the calendar year — each with your business as the issuer and the partner's tax details, computed from your ledger for your accountant to file.
- New Marketing funnel report: per campaign, see QR scans become leads, deals and won revenue — so you can tell which campaign actually paid back.
- Capture a lead by voice — record or upload a voice note and Finocket transcribes it and fills in the name, phone and email for you, without ever inventing a detail it didn't hear.
- New Connections health screen checks your records join up end to end — every lead has a source and a way to reach it, every deal a customer, and every captured lead reaches your pipeline — and flags anything that fell through the cracks.
- New Accounts screen: contacts and deals from the same company are grouped under one account automatically (from their business email), with a single view of that company's people, deals and history.
- New Inbox: every inbound WhatsApp message, call (including missed calls) and inbound email or SMS lands in one place, newest first — each one also captured as a lead so nothing goes unanswered.
The CRM chain, connected end-to-end: leads → pipeline → invoices → the right GST → split commissions
Five CRM-to-books connections land today. First: when a lead comes in through a public form, a QR code or a booking page, Finocket now automatically opens a deal for them in your pipeline's first stage — so stages, rotting alerts and next-action reminders reach every lead from the moment they arrive, not only the ones you build a deal for by hand. Second: you can now raise an invoice straight from a deal — a new 'Invoice' button pre-fills the customer and links the invoice back to the deal, so each deal shows its own invoices instead of only the customer's overall balance. Third: every captured lead now remembers where it came from — the form, QR code, partner referral link or UTM campaign — and a new 'Leads by source' report groups your leads by source and landing page and shows how many convert. Fourth: invoices now put GST on the right heads automatically — for a GST-registered customer Finocket reads their GSTIN and charges CGST + SGST within your state, IGST across state lines, and zero-rates exports, so you stop having to remember the split. Fifth: a single client can now be shared between several partners — set each partner's share of the commission, and every payout splits by that share at each partner's own rate. On by default, and it never opens the same person twice.
- Leads captured from a public form, a QR code or a booking page now automatically become a deal in your pipeline's first stage — so follow-up reminders and stale-deal alerts work on every lead, not just the ones you add by hand. On by default; turn it off anytime from the CRM screen.
- Raise an invoice straight from a deal — the new 'Invoice' button pre-fills the customer and links the invoice back to the deal, so each deal now shows its own invoices instead of only the customer's overall balance.
- Every lead now remembers where it came from — website form, QR code, partner referral or UTM campaign — and the new 'Leads by source' report shows which sources and landing pages bring you leads, and how many convert.
- Invoices now split GST correctly on their own: for a GST-registered customer Finocket reads their GSTIN and charges CGST + SGST for a sale within your state, IGST across state lines, and no tax on exports — with a badge that tells you which applies and why. You can still override any line by hand.
- Share a client between partners: on the client screen, set each partner's percentage of the commission — every payout then splits by those shares, each at that partner's own program rate. A single-partner client is unchanged.
