A campaign groups everything you run for one push — QR codes, forms, landing pages and email sends — under one canonical UTM set. Every scan, view and click is recorded against the campaign, stitched to the lead it becomes, and followed all the way to collected revenue, so you can finally see which spend paid back.

How do I set up a campaign?
Create the campaign
Name it (and its objective) on the Marketing screen. The campaign’s slug doubles as itsutm_campaign— the canonical tag every link for this push should carry.Tag every link you share
Use the UTM builder to stamp the campaign’s tags onto the links you put on posters, bios, ads and messages — scans and clicks then record against the campaign and stitch to the leads they become.
What does the UTM builder actually fix?
Messy tagging is why marketing reports lie. The builder writes clean links from your own vocabulary registry: aliases fold into one canonical value (fb and facebook stop being two sources), values are normalised, duplicate parameters are flagged, and a value outside your registry warns you before it pollutes reporting.

Auto-tag campaign email links is on by default: links in a campaign’s emails pick up the campaign’s UTM set as they are sent. Your own tags are never overwritten — only the missing ones are filled in. No more untagged newsletter clicks showing up as “direct”.
How does attribution work?
Visitors are remembered anonymously from their first scan or page view; when one becomes a lead, their whole trail is stitched onto that lead. Revenue can then be credited three ways — first touch, last touch or linear (split evenly across every touch, to the paisa, with the rounding remainder placed deterministically). Ad clicks count too: a gclid or fbclid on the landing URL marks the source even without UTM tags.
How do I read the Marketing funnel report?
One row per campaign, four honest numbers: scans (QR scans recorded for the campaign), leads (touches that became a contact), deals won (won deals among those leads) and collected (payments actually recorded from them — not invoiced hopes). Totals at the foot tell you which push actually paid back.
