Inbox — every inbound message, call and enquiry in one place

WhatsApp messages, calls (even missed ones), emails, SMS, bookings and voice notes all land in one newest-first Inbox — each captured as a deduplicated lead, on your own provider accounts.

The Inbox is where everything inbound lands in one list, newest first — WhatsApp messages, calls (including missed calls), emails and SMS — each one also captured as a lead, so nothing goes unanswered just because it arrived on the wrong channel.

What lands in the Inbox?

Every inbound touch, filterable by channel. Tap an item to open the lead behind it — the contact is deduplicated by phone, email or WhatsApp id, so a caller who later emails is still one person with one history.

Which channels can create leads?

  • Forms, landing pages and QR codes — captured instantly, campaign tags included.
  • Booking pages — a booking creates the lead (and its deal) with the slot details.
  • WhatsApp — messages arrive via your connected WhatsApp Business account; a voice note is transcribed and read for contact details.
  • Calls, missed calls and IVR — your telephony provider posts each call; a missed call still becomes a lead so you can call back.
  • Email — mail to your parse-in address files as a lead with the message attached.
  • SMS — inbound texts become leads; STOP and START are honoured automatically for consent.
  • A voice note you record — tap the mic on the Leads board, speak the enquiry, and Finocket transcribes it and fills in the name, phone and email. It never invents a detail it didn’t hear.

How do I connect the inbound channels?

WhatsApp, telephony, inbound email and SMS run on your own provider accounts. Each webhook stays switched off (it answers “not found”) until its token is configured, and the Developers page lists the endpoint for each channel — hand it to your provider’s dashboard along with the token. Until a channel is connected, nothing pretends to work.

Where do bookings fit?

Your public booking page lets a prospect pick a slot; the booking arrives as a lead with an auto-created deal, and your upcoming bookings show under Profile → Booking. Share the page link anywhere — it needs no login.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my WhatsApp/telephony channel not receiving anything?

Each inbound webhook stays switched off (answering 'not found') until its token is configured and the endpoint is registered in your provider's dashboard. The Developers page lists the endpoint per channel — connect it and messages start flowing.

Does a missed call really become a lead?

Yes — your telephony provider posts the call event, and a missed or unanswered call files as a lead marked missed, so the callback happens from your Leads board instead of a phone log.

What happens when someone texts STOP?

Inbound SMS honours STOP and START automatically — consent is updated and the send checkpoint blocks further messages until they opt back in.
